ESP E-II Viper Black Electric Guitar B-Stock
The E-II Viper delivers a distinctly aggressive platform with its set-thru construction and thin-U neck contour that accommodates extended playing positions without fatigue. The mahogany body and neck pairing creates a naturally resonant foundation, while the 24.75" scale and 24 extra-jumbo frets support both precision work and expressive bending across the entire fingerboard. This B-stock unit offers the same professional-grade construction as new inventory at a reduced price point.
Playability & Feel
The thin-U neck contour combined with a 42mm bone nut and 305mm fingerboard radius creates a fast, responsive playing surface suited to both rhythm and lead work. The 24 extra-jumbo frets minimize fret noise while maximizing sustain, and Gotoh locking tuners ensure stable tuning even during aggressive string bending or tremolo use.
Tone & Electronics
The active pickup configuration—EMG 66TW at neck and EMG 57TW at bridge, each with coil-tap functionality via pull controls—delivers high-output clarity and articulation across genres. The Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece provide rigid tonal transfer and tuning stability, while the dual-pull electronics layout grants immediate access to split-coil voices without menu diving.

The E-II Viper combines proven hardware, active electronics, and solid construction into a workhorse instrument capable of cutting tones across multiple genres.
As a B-Stock instrument it carries a minor factory cosmetic blemish — a small finish mark with no effect on playability, tone or structure — which is why it sells for less than a first-quality unit. The exact blemish varies from unit to unit, so it is not described or pictured here; photos show the model, not the individual unit. It is new, unplayed and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
