Solidly made, with cutaway and in the classic dreadnought design inspired by Gibson, this acoustic guitar not only impresses with its impressive sonority, but also with its traditional design, which immediately catches the eye. Thanks to the integrated Fishman S-Core pickup, the guitar is also a reliable companion on stage: whether powerfully amplified or purely acoustic, the Hummingbird always delivers a detailed sound with character. A high-quality premium gig bag is included for safe transportation, so that the instrument is always well protected. Solid bodyThanks to its high-quality woods, the instrument develops a characterful and balanced sound that has delighted musicians for generations. The solid Sitka spruce top provides clear brilliance, excellent response and rich overtones, bringing out every nuance of your playing. The solid mahogany back and sides give the guitar warmth, depth and a powerful foundation. This combination creates the typical dreadnought sound: full pressure in the bass, assertive mids and sparkling highs that are perfect for strumming, picking and vocal accompaniment. The result is an inspiring sound that inspires both in the living room and on stage. It combines tradition, balance and the unmistakable warmth that has made the Hummingbird an icon. Short scale length and cutawayThe Epiphone Hummingbird Standard EC Natural not only impresses with its sound, but also with its outstanding playability. The mahogany neck with a rounded 'C' profile lies comfortably in the hand and immediately conveys a familiar playing feel. Meanwhile, the rosewood fingerboard offers a smooth playing surface that supports precise fingering and fast runs in equal measure. The Cutaway also allows access to the highest positions. With a nut width of 43 mm and the comfortable short 628.7 mm scale length, the Hummingbird is particularly easy to grip and the lower string tension makes it easier to hold. The rosewood bridge with compensated bridge inlay also guarantees optimum intonation, while the gold-plated Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure robust tuning. Fishman S-Core pickup with side preampThe Epiphone Hummingbird Standard EC Natural is also equipped with a high-quality Fishman S-Core pickup with side preamp, which allows it to be used flexibly. This system ensures that the natural character of the guitar is fully emphasised. The sound remains warm, balanced and rich in detail, whether through an amplifier, PA or in the studio. The simple operation via volume and tone controls for bass and treble as well as an integrated tuner allow intuitive control of the sound so that you can concentrate fully on your playing. This makes the Hummingbird not only a reliable companion for acoustic sessions but also a powerful tool for any stage. Natural Finish with Hummingbird pickguardThis model attracts everyone's attention thanks to its exciting design. Its classic natural finish gives the top an impressive vintage charm and allows the natural grain of the wood to come into its own. The striking Hummingbird pickguard is not only an unmistakable distinguishing feature but also a symbol of tradition and style. In addition, the fretboard is decorated with exquisite MOP Split parallelogram inlays, which lend the guitar a touch of elegance and luxury. Together with the fine details and high-quality workmanship, the result is a look that harmoniously combines classic and modern.
