Up for sale is an exceptionally rare piece of Dean history: an original Dean USA Custom Shop Dime Razorback in a left-handed configuration.Crafted in the USA Custom Shop in 2008 (Serial Number: 08 02915), this instrument is in absolute New Old Stock (NOS) / Mint condition. It has spent its life securely stored in its case and remains completely unplayed. The factory protective plastic film is still intact on the rear control cavity covers, and the original hangtag/price label is attached to the headstock.This model features the classic, high-gloss "Classic Black" finish paired with premium chrome hardware and the iconic razorblade inlay at the 12th fret.Premium Tonewoods & High-Output Electronics:
The guitar is built from a select, heavy Mahogany body and a matching Mahogany neck, featuring an ergonomic set-neck joint that provides incredible upper-fret access and massive, natural sustain. The fretboard is made of a premium, deep-black Ebony wood, offering a fast playing response and excellent durability. It features the signature custom Dime razor and V-arrow inlays made from genuine Mother of Pearl (Perlmutt).Electronics-wise, this Razorback is equipped with a highly sought-after, hand-wound set of USA Dean Magnetic Technologies (DMT) pickups.

• The DMT "Baker Act" humbucker at the bridge uses a powerful Alnico 5 magnet. It is wound hot (approx. 17.4kΩ) to deliver an aggressive mid-range punch, crystal-clear definition under heavy distortion, and effortless pinch harmonics.
• The DMT "Time Capsule" humbucker at the neck delivers a warm, thick, and singing vintage-style tone, perfectly optimized for liquid lead lines and pristine, ambient clean passages without getting muddy.
