Sonic Farm Creamer Plus Dual Triode/Pentode Preamplifier

I am offering the highly sought-after Sonic Farm Creamer Plus.

This is a rare find on the used market. I am the original owner, having purchased it directly from Sonic Farm Pro Audio in Canada. The unit is in excellent condition and will be shipped securely in its original box.

This preamp is incredibly versatile, offering a wide palette of tonal options. You can switch between two distinct tube modes: a crystalline Triode mode for transparency and a rich, harmonically dense Pentode mode for more character. (NOS Svetlana "winged C" 6J32P tubes are equipped.)

Furthermore, you can engage or bypass pure steel transformers. This allows for everything from a completely transparent, transformerless-triode signal path to a thick, saturated transformer-pentode sound. It is an absolute powerhouse for tracking (Mic/DI inputs) and even as a line-level processor for warming up your 2-track mixes.

I have loved using this unit on numerous album projects, but since integrating a Studer 169 console into my workflow, I find myself with more than enough preamp channels. It’s time for this "Creamer" to find a new home where it will be fully utilized.

The unit has been kept in my smoke-free, humidity-controlled private studio, securely rack-mounted since day one. As my studio is a custom timber-built space, you may notice a faint, pleasant scent of Western Red Cedar upon unboxing. :-D
