There is a small dent in the top of casing, caused when I took the unit apart to clone the hard drive for backup purposes.  It was a difficult hard drive to clone, as it is a Linux operating system with a protected boot system.  On the plus side, this is the only Receptor for sale (that I'm aware of) that has a complete replicated hard drive if something ever happened to the existing one.
