Description:

The Hosco TWSB-4 2-way radius sanding block provides luthiers and guitar technicians with two common fretboard radii in a single, durable tool. This versatile block features a 381mm (15in) radius on one side and a 508mm (20in) radius on the other, allowing you to sand and maintain a consistent curve across the fingerboard during construction or repair. Its compact 80 x 150mm (3.15 x 5.9in) size makes it easy to handle while the 65 x 150mm (2.56 x 5.9in) sanding surface ensures efficient material removal.

Using a dedicated radius block helps prevent flat spots and ensures that fretwork remains true to the intended geometry of the instrument. This tool is a practical addition to any guitar maintenance kit, helping you keep fretboards smooth and properly shaped. Whether you are leveling a new board or refinishing an existing one, the TWSB-4 delivers the precision required for high-quality fretboard work.
