Boss DN-2 Dyna Drive
The DN2 is a rather unique overdrive pedal, launched in 2007, which uses Roland's Dyna Amp technology to react directly to playing dynamics: with a soft attack, it remains relatively clear and transparent, while a harder attack gradually brings out a more powerful saturation. It offers Drive, Tone, and Level controls and is therefore distinguished by its highly expressive character and sensitivity to pick and guitar volume, rather than a fixed overdrive tone.
