"あられ" (ARARE) OverDrive.

It is the world's first guitar pedal that uses a japanese traditional craft, Nanbu Tekki (japanese iron castware), as an enclosure.

"あられ" (ARARE) is a transparent overdrive that can create a very wide range of sounds. Using a heavy Nambu Tekki enclosure results in a thicker tone. You can control 3Band EQ (Low, Mid, High) freely. Gain range is from clean sound to middle gain. You can use it from booster to overdrive by combining with volume control.
The pattern on the upper surface is a traditional pattern of Nambu Tekki called "あられ"(ARARE). In addition, there is a texture of sand casting on the whole, and you can feel the real "和" (Japanese tradition).
Nambu Tekki Enclosure is manufactured in "及富" (Oitomi), a long-established Nambu Tekki Founddy established in Iwate since 1848.
