Modern Metal Precision Meets Extended Scale Power

Up for sale is the stunning Ibanez RGD721FA-WUF in the mesmerizing Stained Wine Red Burst Flat finish. Designed specifically for high-performance riffing, down-tuning stability, and maximum playability, the RGD series is Ibanez’s ultimate machine for modern metal and progressive guitarists. Featuring a 26.5" scale length, premium DiMarzio pickups, and a gorgeous flamed maple top over a resonant ash/okoume body, this 7-string delivers brutal low-end punch without sacrificing high-end clarity.

Key Highlights

• 26.5" Extended Scale Length: Optimized for down-tuning, providing ideal string tension and crystal-clear low 'A' (or lower) response without feeling sluggish.
• DiMarzio® Fusion Edge-7 Pickups: Engineered through close collaboration with DiMarzio for a punchy, tight low-end and a sharp, cutting high-end—perfect for dense modern mixes.
• Ultra-Fast 5-Piece Neck: Constructed from Panga Panga and Walnut in the lightning-fast Wizard II-7 profile, paired with a Macassar Ebony fretboard for snappy response and smooth fretting.
• Enhanced Tonal Versatility: Equipped with a Coil-Tap mini-switch to easily split the humbuckers for glassy, expressive single-coil sounds.
• Pro Hardware Package: Features Gotoh® MG-T locking tuners and a Gibraltar Standard III-7 bridge for supreme tuning stability and maximum sustain.
• Luminescent Side Dots: Stay on track on pitch-black stages with glowing position markers.

Condition & Cosmetic Note

• Overall Condition: Brand New / Unplayed, fully functional with original factory setup and packaging.
• Cosmetic Detail: Features a tiny, superficial factory finish imperfection on the headstock (as clearly shown in the close-up photo). It is strictly cosmetic, completely smooth, and does not affect the structure, wood, tone, or playability in any way.
• Special Deal: Offered at a discounted price to account for this minor cosmetic detail!
