Because they feature Alnico V magnets and a higher coil wind, these provide a much higher output, punchier midrange, and more aggressive bite than standard vintage single-coils. However, they maintain most of the Strat Like tones but with a stronger mid range drive. Very desirable with more modern sounds.
- Neck Pickup: ~7.4K – 7.5K DC resistance
- Middle Pickup: ~7.8K – 8.0K DC resistance
- Bridge Pickup: ~8.4K – 8.6K DC resistance
- Inductance: Estimated at ~3.7 Henries for the neck/middle and pushing over 4.0 Henries at the bridge, resulting in that noticeable mid-range push
