- DUAL-CHANNEL OVERDRIVE — 2-STAGE DRIVE & INDEPENDENT BOOST: The Maximum delivers two stacked overdrive circuits in one pedal. The Drive channel provides a pure, uncompressed overdrive—from subtle clean boost to rich, amp-like crunch. Kick in the dedicated Boost channel for an additional gain stage that adds saturation, sustain, and harmonic richness for solos. Players describe it as having "a very wide palette of usable tones" with "great transparency" that won't color your core tone.
- TWO TOGGLE SWITCHES — 6 UNIQUE VOICINGS: Shape your signature drive with two independent toggle switches. The left switch selects between Hard Clip (modern, tight, articulate), Flat (transparent, balanced response), or Smooth (warm, compressed, with rich harmonic bloom). The right switch toggles between standard Diode clipping and MOSFET circuit mode—MOSFET smooths out the transients for a warmer, more sustained tone. Combined, you get 6 distinct overdrive voicings for everything from punchy rhythm crunch to singing lead sustain.
- 4-KNOB CONTROL — VOLUME, TONE, GAIN & BOOST: The four responsive knobs give you precise control over your sound. For the brightest, most open tone, push the Tone knob above 90%. The Boost knob adjusts the amount of additional gain saturation—not volume—for your lead channel (note: Boost only operates when the Drive channel is engaged). Start with all knobs at noon, then fine-tune to match your amp and playing style.
- AMBIENT LED LIGHTING & ROAD-READY DESIGN: The iconic ambient LED lights on the front and rear edges bring a futuristic edge to your pedalboard. With 3 modes (Sync, Always On, or Off) adjustable via a recessed switch, you can customize your look for any setting. Encased in a rugged aluminum alloy chassis (125×78.5×48mm, 388g), the Maximum is built to withstand heavy stomping night after night.
