1997 Peavey Wolfgang --1st year quilt--Purple--serial number #91001663 inspection date 5/12/1997---These are the premiere Wolfgang's ever made period--The best you can buy but unfortunately had a very short run for the lack of quality materials that could pass Edward Van Halen's inspection. The Quilt was replaced with the Tiger Flame---estimates are fewer than 1,000 ever made...This one is in outstanding condition--Extremely nice deep Purple quilt with tons of Birdseye Mapel in the neck--Plays outstanding--Pickup's ring in at 14.80k output bridge and 16.64 Neck--Sounds Fantastic--This one has been played some over the last 39 years --if your really looking you can maybe spot some small dings or light scratches but very nice--- Comes with the Original Peavey hardcase with all the factory items including inspection sheet/warranty card/Wolfgang booklet/wrenches/cloth/trem saddle pin/strap buttons as strap locks have been installed but easily swapped back if preferred....weight is 7.7lbs - perfectly balanced---The trem bridge does have a little pitting but in no way effects the tuning or stability---Beautiful Wolfgang that will only go up in Value----I will pro pack and ship out same or next day via UPS Ground--Good Luck to all
