Extremely handy for adding the ability to saturate primaries when driving it with vintage or modern unbalanced polysynths. It was used so little it may not even be broken in yet, so I would give it some settling time.
It was replaced with 500 series Cinemag-based pre-amps which is more of an Active DI approach to drive more color seasoning on input to the convertors.
It does use Eclipse ET-DB2 Xformers, not Jensen (in case that matters).
OEM shipping materials and will be boxed as to not damage the original carton.
