About Us

We have been repairing guitars, amplifiers, and effects pedals for over 30 years. Over the coming weeks, we will be listing many rare, vintage, and hard-to-find guitars, parts, and accessories from our shop, so please check back regularly.

Terms & Conditions

Please review all photos carefully, as they form part of the description. We do our best to describe every item accurately; however, condition assessments are subjective, and opinions may vary.

Most of our items are pre-owned, so normal signs of age and use should be expected. Please do not expect a used vintage instrument to be in brand-new condition.

If you have any questions or would like additional photos, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to provide any information you may need.

All items are sold as-is, with no returns accepted unless otherwise stated. Returns will also not be accepted for items damaged during shipping. We take great care in packaging every shipment securely.

Shipping

The shipping cost shown is an estimate. Actual shipping costs vary depending on your location, package size, and final weight. Our shipping charges include packaging materials, labour, and courier fees.

If you are not comfortable with the quoted shipping cost, please contact us before purchasing rather than requesting a discount afterward. In some cases, we may need to absorb additional shipping costs ourselves due to dimensional weight or carrier surcharges.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment has been received. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
