Long thought to be extinct, the OC never really disappeared, merely in a state of hibernation - evolving, refining, and improving its already exceptional sound. In the decade since its disappearance, Death by Audio has resurrected the original Clang circuit and shaped it into something better - a fiercer, more menacing, and thunderous force, designed to be as user-friendly as possible for today's musicians. Revered by pros and punks alike, the Vintage Octave Clang was designed to produce unconventional tones that captivate the senses. It succeeded, but many users found it difficult to tame. Today, Death by Audio has refined and expanded the original's control range, added a footswitchable octave, and made some tweaks under the hood. The resulting circuit is a crazy and versatile beast that lets you effortlessly create discordant, ringing drones, visceral octave slashes, and earthquake-like distortion. The revived Octave Clang is primed and ready to destroy!
