Up for grabs is a genuinely rare find: a Fender Japan "Crafted in Japan" JazzMaster JM66-96L, the left-handed version of the beloved '62 vintage reissue, finished in a stunning Candy Apple Red. Left-handed Japanese-market Jazzmasters like this one were produced in very limited numbers and rarely turn up outside Japan — a true grail for southpaw offset players and collectors alike.
Serial Number: P022325 (Crafted in Japan, "P" prefix)

- Neck: Maple, medium C profile
- Fingerboard: Rosewood, 7.25" vintage-spec radius
- Scale Length: 25.5"
- Nut Width: 1.650" (42mm)
- Frets: Vintage-style, slender profile
- Pickups: Vintage-voiced single-coil pair (Lead & Rhythm circuits)
- Controls: Lead Circuit — Volume, Tone, 3-way selector; Rhythm Circuit — Volume, Tone (Jazzmaster's signature dual-circuit layout)
- Bridge/Tremolo: Classic Jazzmaster floating vibrato with threaded saddles

Condition:
Very good overall — this guitar has clearly been played and enjoyed rather than kept in a closet. There are some dings and small pocks scattered across the body consistent with normal use, but nothing structural — no cracks, breaks, or repairs. Neck is straight, frets show minimal wear, and electronics are fully functional. The Candy Apple Red finish still has great depth and shine despite the honest wear.
