Bought this used from a musician in Oregon. His technician removed the 15" speaker and replaced it with 2 10" Webers. The tremolo was removed, and there was also a mod to add gain. In his ad he mentioned wanting it to be more of a Fender/Marshall hybrid. I took a pic from his ad about the mods more in depth. It sounded great, but I haven't played it in a while and have acquired other amps where I feel I can let this one go! In terms of shipping, it's a big heavy amp, and I'd rather do a local pickup, but I'll see if there's any interest in getting it shipped. The cost is just a placeholder, as I'm getting it packed and shipped with the UPS store, so it depends where in the US it'll be shipped to. Also, I would recommend bringing it down to an amp technician for a checkup. As a buyer I've bought amps online and even if it's small, no matter how well it's packed, there can always be an issue, whether tubes or some internal connection.
