Box both has foam inserts. They are identical to ordinary SK-1 so are not ideal, but probably good enough for ordinary storage.
This instrument will be shipped in additional packaging.
Original strap is basic.

My understanding is that the Nissin C-1 was a promotional item for Japan domestic market.
Probably made as the SK-1 three year production cycle wound down to reduce parts stock.
Construction (I took apart the first one I had) suggests to me that Casio may have produced the keytar handles in anticipation of a product that never launched.
More 80's than a mullet, jumpsuit. and Fiero.
