Roland D-110 Multi-Timbral Synthesizer Sound Module Rackmount MIDI Synth

Roland D-110 Multi-Timbral Sound Module Synthesizer

The Roland D-110 is one of the most iconic rackmount synthesizer modules of the late 1980s, bringing Roland's celebrated Linear Arithmetic (LA) Synthesis technology into a compact 1U rack format. Closely related to the legendary D-50, the D-110 became a studio and live performance staple thanks to its rich digital textures, expressive synth sounds, and exceptional multitimbral capabilities.

Using Roland's innovative combination of synthesized waveforms and PCM sampled attacks, the D-110 delivers everything from warm analog-style pads and evolving textures to realistic bells, strings, brass, basses, and expressive leads. Its flexible architecture allows you to build sounds from Partials, combine them into Tones, and organize complete multi-instrument performances with programmable effects and routing.

The D-110 offers 8-part multitimbral operation plus a dedicated Rhythm Part, allowing you to sequence complete arrangements from a single module. With up to 32-note polyphony, dynamic voice allocation, onboard digital reverb, and a library of 63 percussion sounds, it became a favorite for MIDI sequencing, film scoring, video game music, and professional studio production.
