2014 Gibson Custom Shop J-45 Donovan in excellent shape. Thin natural cure nitrocellulose finish with textured matte appearance. Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, large pickguard, L. R. Baggs Lyric pickup, and an adjustable tusq bridge. Currently strung with La Bella silk & steel light strings.
This is from the limited first run of 100 guitars that includes an autographed letter from Donovan as well as his signature on the sound hole label. Includes all the case candy (including autographed letter and incense stick) and original hardshell case.
The guitar is in great shape and has very little fret wear. It basically lived in it's case here with a humidifier when necessary. There are a few small marks I tried to photograph...nick/cut at the base of the sound hole, a scuff on the upper bout, and then two minor scuffs on the back. I could only see these when holding in in the light a certain way. All in all, it's very clean and plays great.
