Take a classic fuzz face circuit, slap in a couple of NOS GT320B Russian germanium transistor, then hook it up to a genuine Microchip Technologies TC1044SCPA charge pump circuit to flip the incoming polarity and BOOM - you've got yourself an old school fuzz pedal that you can hook up right in line on your new school pedalboard.

I've wired 'er up with good old fashioned cloth covered wire (with shielded braid inputs) to keep the old school charm - heck, I even used giant Vishay resistors to add to the cool.
