This was originally a 2001 JS1000 in burnt transparent blue, given a professional refinish in green viper. As you can see, this has a slight metallic flake through the paint, and it is in absolutely fantastic condition!

The JS1000 has the super think contour, which changed later with the 24-fret models.

This is a basswood body, so very lightweight, with a maple neck with skunk stripe, a 22 fret rosewood fretboard and medium frets, with either mother of pearl or abalone inlays (unsure which - I think abalone).

There is a Lo-Pro Edge trem, and LokNut III 8’ black cosmo. A 3-way switch for the DiMarzio humbuckers - FRED in the bridge and PAF Pro in the neck. These have one volume with a push/pull high-pass filter, and one tone with a push/pull coil split for six distinct sounds. Please note the closeup of the bridge makes it look tarnished - it is not, it just needs a little polish. There isn’t any finish off of it.

The frets are in perfect condition - I’ve polished them. There is a very small amount of residue from the polishing compound visible around some of them, which I’ll try to remove, but interferes in absolutely no way with playing.

The headstock has the custom finish, too; the only mistake is that the luthier who repainted this put the Ibanez decal in slightly the wrong place.

It comes with original Ibanez hard case which a previous owner painted white stripes on, but the interior is perfect.

Comes with trem arm and Allen keys. Collection in person is preferred for obvious reasons!
