The Martin Custom Shop HD-28 Style Sinker Redwood-Ziricote Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is a masterfully handcrafted instrument that blends legendary Martin heritage with extraordinary premium tonewoods. Built for discerning players, this Custom Shop dreadnought pairs a stunning sinker redwood top with beautifully figured ziricote back and sides, delivering a rich, dynamic voice with exceptional warmth, clarity, and harmonic complexity.

Inspired by the iconic HD-28, this guitar features forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing for enhanced resonance, powerful projection, and outstanding sustain. The sinker redwood top offers the quick response and sensitivity of cedar while maintaining the headroom and articulation players expect from a premium dreadnought. Complementing it, the exotic ziricote body adds deep lows, sparkling highs, and striking visual character, making every instrument truly one of a kind.

The mahogany neck features Martin's comfortable Modified Low Oval profile, paired with a smooth ebony fingerboard and bridge for effortless playability. Elegant Style 28 appointments—including an abalone rosette, antique white binding, and classic diamond-and-square fingerboard inlays—complete the timeless aesthetic, while premium bone nut and saddle ensure optimal tone transfer and tuning stability.

Whether you're performing on stage, recording in the studio, or enjoying intimate acoustic sessions, the Martin Custom Shop HD-28 Style Sinker Redwood-Ziricote delivers an inspiring playing experience with world-class craftsmanship, breathtaking tone, and heirloom-quality beauty.
