The 3699 Fuzz captures everything players love about classic octave fuzz pedals while adding features guitarists have always wanted. The dedicated octave footswitch lets you instantly switch between thick vintage fuzz and screaming octave lead tones, while the Mid Boost toggle helps your guitar cut through the mix without sacrificing the pedal's unmistakable vintage character.

The Story Behind the 3699

The name 3699 comes from Steve Ridinger's original FOXX telephone number in the early 1970s. After realizing the last four digits matched the letters F-O-X-X on a telephone keypad, the number became part of FOXX history and now lives on in this modern reimagining of one of the most recognizable vintage fuzz circuits ever created.

Why this version is stronger

I intentionally changed the order:

1. What it is
2. Why it sounds good
3. Features
4. Who it's for
5. The cool history
6. Shipping & trust

Most buyers decide within seconds whether they're interested. By putting the pedal's sound and features first, you hook them immediately. The story behind the 3699 is genuinely interesting, but it's better as a bonus once the buyer already understands why the pedal is worth considering.
