The Martin OM-28E Modern Deluxe represents Martin's vision of what a modern heirloom instrument should be—taking one of the most revered Orchestra Models ever produced and enhancing it with cutting-edge materials and premium appointments. Built for players who appreciate vintage Martin tone but demand the very best in performance and refinement, the OM-28E Modern Deluxe delivers exceptional balance, clarity, and responsiveness. Its VTS-treated European red spruce top and Golden Era-style Adirondack bracing give it the open, broken-in character of a well-played vintage instrument right out of the case, while modern innovations add even greater sustain, projection, and dynamic range.

The addition of Fishman Aura VT Blend electronics makes this version equally comfortable on stage and in the studio, preserving the natural acoustic character that makes the OM body so beloved among fingerstyle players and singer-songwriters. Premium touches like European flamed maple binding, Liquidmetal bridge pins, gold EVO frets, and Waverly open-gear tuners elevate both the aesthetics and performance, creating one of the most refined Orchestra Models Martin has ever produced. Recent owner feedback consistently praises the model's depth, complexity, and remarkably comfortable neck profile, making it a true end-game acoustic for many players.
