Boston Acoustics VR-M60 Pair, Cherry

This is a matching pair of Boston Acoustics VR-M60 speakers from 1999, finished in cherry with gloss grey tops. A few basic specs for the technically minded: 8 ohms impedance, 6.5" woofer, 1" tweeter.  Recommended amplifier power: 15-200 watts.  Frequency response: 51Hz-20kHz.
I have owned a variety of Boston products over the years.  In addition to being of very high quality manufacture, everything they make just sounds right.  These beautiful, monitor quality speakers are certainly no exception. Originally retailing for $1000/pair, you would expect nothing less than excellence at that price point and they don't disappoint.  Sparkling clarity from the proprietary AMD tweeters and a surprisingly muscular low end from the bass drivers.  Really brings your favorite music to life with room filling sound.  Overall these speakers present in very good/excellent condition, with a few minor cosmetic blemishes on the cabinets from about 18 years of ownership.  The drivers are themselves are in flawless condition.  Relatively light use over the years, never abused or played too loudly. Speakers ship with Monster gold banana jacks. Stands are available as well, if desired.  They measure approximately 30" high and are offered for no extra cost. You will likely not find higher quality, better sounding speakers for $150/each.  The next owner will be very happy, indeed!
