Hernandes Grand Concert - 1975 - Assembled in Japan w/ Hard Case

This Hernandes Grand Concert classical guitar is about as good as you can get for a sub $1k classical. It features a warm Spanish pine top, paired with a resonant cut of Indian rosewood on the sides and back. The neck is made of African cedar with an African blackwood (also known as granadillo) fingerboard, with one-octave of range to the body. It's size, neck profile and string tension make this guitar well suited for beginner-intermediate players, or those who want a comfortable playing experience. The tonal characteristic of this Hernandes is warm with enough woody mids to cut through the mix.

This guitar is in very good condition. The bass-side bout has a vertical crack, it doesn't go all the way through and has been stabilized and fixed. Photographed are the only two real obvious imperfections; The guitar has some additional small dents, apparent when held under the right light (additional photos available upon request). The neck is dead straight and the frets have minimal wear.
