Percussion Generator
The Quark is an analog percussion module specializing in fast transient sounds akin to rimshots, tight toms & woodblocks. With control of frequency, clipping, filter and amplitude, a wide range of timbres can be dialed in and CV-controlled for your modular beatmaking pleasure.
It features a damped tuned resonator as the oscillator, a hard clipping stage, a switchable BP/LP resonant filter and a gated VCA. An audio input also allows external audio to pass through the clipping, filter and VCA stages.
