Guitars are set up and playing well in-store, and packed as thoroughly as possible to minimize any change to that. Sometimes the playability is affected by shipping time and conditions, and may require minor maintenance (setup, etc) upon arrival. Please anticipate this.

We pack all of our items very carefully and take pictures documenting the shipment process, to protect the buyer and seller in case of any issues.

Any issues with received items must be reported to Cask Music within 48 hours. We will work hard to resolve any problems with your item as respectfully and responsibly as possible.
