Vintage Supro Thunderbolt Model S6420 Tube Amplifier
Original mid-1960s Supro Thunderbolt S6420 in very nice vintage condition and fully functional.
This amp powers on immediately and works exactly as it should. It has the original Jensen Special Design speaker and delivers the warm cleans and natural overdrive these amps are famous for.
This amp was formerly owned by Paul Kolderie and I was told it was used on numerous Radiohead recordings. No paperwork on it, but a fun story regardless!
The Thunderbolt is one of Supro's most sought-after vintage models and has become a favorite among collectors, recording studios, and players looking for classic American tube amp tone.

Cosmetically, it's in very good condition for a 60+ year-old amplifier. The original grille cloth and cabinet have aged nicely with only normal wear.
Perfect for recording, blues, rock, Americana, or anyone looking for an authentic vintage tube amp.
