New for 2026 in a striking Magenta finish, the SC-607 Baritone is the latest LTD Signature Series model for Stephen Carpenter, the influential co-founder of California alt-metal pioneers Deftones. Featuring neck-thru-body construction and a 27" baritone scale, this seven-string guitar is built to deliver the massive, downtuned tones and rich sonic textures that define Carpenter's signature sound.
Its thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck is joined to mahogany body wings and topped with a Macassar ebony fingerboard featuring 24 extra-jumbo frets. A reverse headstock enhances string tension for improved stability and feel on the lowest strings.
Premium appointments include gold hardware, LTD locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM-style bridge with string-thru-body design, and Stephen Carpenter's Fishman Fluence SRC Signature 3-Voice pickups, with push-pull controls for instant access to multiple tonal voices.
