For sale is my 2019 Fender Player Mustang PJ bass in the increasingly sought-after Firemist Gold metallic finish. This was a Fender Special Run (FSR) colour and is no longer available, making it a much rarer alternative to the standard Player Series finishes.
The upgrades of Gotoh hardware and EMG Geezer Butler pickups cost over £400.
The bass has been tastefully upgraded using these premium components specifically chosen for this model, resulting in a lightweight, professional-quality short-scale instrument with improved balance, tuning stability and sustain, while retaining the classic Fender Mustang character.
The Gotoh Cosmo black finish of the hardware is a perfect match for the bass and gives an edge to looks backed up by the mods which make it suitable for rock and metal as well as mellower genres.
The limited run firemist is a highly collectible colour.
