A simple red Mustang—a rare find—has just arrived!

Based on the “Made in Japan” marking and the serial number, it appears to have been manufactured around 2008.

---------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------

The “MG69/MH” was hugely popular for a time thanks to a certain anime.

The standout feature of this model is the “Matching Head (MH)” design, where the headstock is painted the same color as the body.

Rather than the more common Candy Apple Red, this one features a simple red finish, giving it an even more stylish and striking look.

It features a basswood body—lightweight with natural acoustic characteristics—paired with a traditional 24-inch (610 mm) short-scale neck.

It’s extremely easy to handle, with a size that’s comfortable even for people with small hands or younger children.

In terms of sound, it retains the Mustang’s signature crispness and moderate compression, along with the unique “phase-out sound” produced by the two pickup switches. You can enjoy a one-of-a-kind, dynamic tone that’s perfect for cutting, alternative rock, and garage rock.

The Matching Head model offers a classic look while exuding its own unique character. If this is what you’ve been looking for, please be sure to consider it.
