We are pleased to offer this Martin DC-13E acoustic-electric guitar from the Road Series. This all-solid-wood model stands out with its elegant full-gloss finish and premium performance, combining the power of the Dreadnought body shape with the comfort of a cutaway.
Features and Performance
The Martin DC-13E delivers outstanding projection and harmonic richness thanks to its solid Sitka spruce top. This highly regarded tonewood provides crystal-clear articulation, well-defined highs, and an excellent dynamic response. The solid back and sides—crafted from premium solid tonewoods such as Mutenye or Siris depending on the production run—offer a warm, balanced tone and a unique visual grain enhanced by the high-gloss body finish.
The Dreadnought Cutaway body shape ensures generous acoustic volume and deep bass response, while providing easy access to the upper frets for lead playing and solos. For stage and studio use, it comes equipped with the Fishman MX-T electronics system, which features a discreet soundhole-mounted tuner. This system automatically mutes the output signal when activated, allowing for quick and silent tuning in any environment.
