Jason Smith really knows his stuff! This '63 Heavy Relic Strat is an absolute Blues-Rock tone monster. The sound delivers 100% on what the look promises. And the look is simply killer! Super authentic aged "Olympic White" with top-notch Heavy Relicing, rounded out by the visually perfect tortoise pickguard. The pictures speak for themselves. The neck features a comfortable, medium "60s Style Oval C" profile (.840“-.950”), a 9.5" fretboard radius and 6105 Narrow/Tall frets — the optimal combination for maximum playing comfort. Other standout features include the selected alder body, modern wiring, an AAA rosewood fingerboard and of course the "Handwound Texas Special" pickups that perfectly complement the guitar’s fundamental tone. This Strat crunches, rocks and sparkles like nothing else! You won’t want to stop playing it. The top choice for all Blues-Rock fans. But it’s also thoroughly impressive when played clean. It has a bell-like tone with pleasant mids and prominent, well-defined bass. On top of that, this Strat is in virtually mint condition with no wear marks on the frets. Our recommendation for anyone looking for a modern playing feel with a vintage look and sound — without compromise — and all at a great price!
