Fender Ultimate Chorus 2-Channel 2x12 Solid State Combo Amp w/ Footswitch

Up for sale is a classic 1990s / early 2000s Fender Ultimate Chorus combo amplifier. Renowned for its incredibly lush, true analog stereo chorus and pristine, high-headroom clean channel, this amp is a fantastic platform for pedals and a legendary workhorse for gigging or studio use.

This unit is fully functional, sounds massive, and comes complete with the original Fender two-button footswitch (Channel Select / Chorus).

Condition & Functionality:

Overall Electronics: 100% functional. I cleaned all the pots. Someone had clipped the ground on the original wall plug so I replaced it with a new grounded plug. Both the Normal and Drive channels work perfectly, the spring reverb is lush, and the stereo chorus sounds incredible.

The "Quirk": The potentiometer shaft for the Chorus Depth knob is slightly bent. Because of this, the knob is stiffer/harder to turn than the others, but it still sweeps through its entire range and functions exactly as it should.

Cosmetics: Overall quite clean for its age. There is a minor spot of Tolex peeling on the top left corner of the cabinet (see photos), but the grille cloth is tight and free of major stains, and the faceplate looks good.
