Sonosax SX-ST8D 8-ch Professional Mixing Console

Selling a lovingly used Sonosax SX-ST8D. It started it's life with the digital module which was removed and donated to another mixer just like it. It still has all the wiring in place if one should ever decide to put one back it. It was serviced in September 2025. At that time all the faders were refurbished and they feel like new...smooth as can be. It was used in production sound and has proven to not only be reliable but absolutely incredible sounding. The limiters are magical. Comes with everything pictured including a headset adapter cable wired to TA-5 for Sound Devices recorders and others that use the similar pinout for headphones with a microphone. It will ship in the Pelican case which I will then package into another box for extra safety.

It does not come with a power supply as I used it with a LifePo battery on my sound cart. It can be powered from any regulated DC power supply or from an external battery bank ranging from 11 to 18 Volts and capable of delivering at least 2.5Amp. The average power consumption is approximately 16 to 24Watts depending of its configuration, which represents approx 2Amp under 12V. Connector is 4-pin XLR. It will also run on 12 D-cell batteries.
