Our users rate Reverb
For sale is a Maxon OD-880 Soft Distortion, a 1990s Made in Japan reissue of Maxon’s original 1970s overdrive. Fully tested and working perfectly.
The OD-880 is a classic overdrive that predates the Tube Screamer and is known for its open, dynamic character with a smooth, natural breakup. It offers a more transparent voice than many traditional overdrive pedals, making it equally suited as a clean boost or low-gain drive.
The 1990s reissue wasn’t produced in the same numbers as the better-known OD808 and OD9, making it a great piece for players and Maxon enthusiasts alike.
