This 1990’s USA Made Crate Stealth 50-watt combo, designed by the famed amp modifier, Lee Jackson, is widely known as a hot rodded Marshall JCM 800. It provides huge high gain tones, sparkling cleans and 50-watts of brute power.

It’s a truly fantastic and reliable amplifier that was initially used on gigs and eventually became a studio staple. I’m currently downsizing and no longer need this type of amplifier.

New JJ tubes have been installed and professionally checked over by a local amp tech, as well as pots cleaned, the fuse replaced and all functions as it should.

Please Note: This amplifier does have some minor cosmetic damage, including ripped and missing tolex on the bottom of the cabinet and standard tolex discoloring, scratches and nicks that you’d expect from a gigging amp of its age. In addition, the reverb tank was removed from this amplifier long ago, as, it was used as metal rhythm guitar amp and caused microphonic feedback - the hookups are still included and a tank could easily be installed.

• Gain 2 (an additional footswitchable solid-state clipping section for maximum saturation).
