Please read all of this to get a well-rounded idea of this listing. The main reason I am listing this as “fair condition” is because several buttons stick when pressed or need to be pushed a certain way or pressed a few times. Many buttons are in rough shape and don't press in the same as others. However, this module functions and comes with a memory card that has every original Roland patch card loaded into it. Not only that, I manually fully loaded the additional empty banks on the HALG CD memory card with other patches from third-party vintage patch creators in the 80’s and 80’s that were catalogued online. So, you will have about 1,024 synth patches at your disposal when the D-550 by itself only holds 64 internally. It is the equivalent of having 16 expansion cards in one card.
This module has several marks/blemishes. It is missing two of the rubber feet on the bottom. The buttons are the main issue. They will all still trigger the function assigned to them, but several stick/need to be pressed a certain way or a few times.
I am also including a collectors item, which is an Eprom from the late eighties or early nineties. I believe it was used to transfer a firmware update to the module decades ago. It is photographed. Now, it is just a collector’s item because I have not used the Eprom/tested for functionality. A very rare thing to encounter. I have not seen one online in a long time.
