Here's an excellent condition, wonderfully broken-in and patinaed Paiste 20" Sound Creation Dark Ride, serial number 836181, dating it to 1986. No cracks, no keyholing, lightly faded 'Paiste' ink - really excellent example of nicely aged Paiste alloy. Its sticking is clear cutting yet dark and complex. Strong initial sticking with a quick resolve, its rigidity does not alloy it to wash out and makes it great for straight ahead high velocity playing. This cymbal came in with a few other Paistes purchased and played together by their original owner in the 80's; a nicely matching set with a lot of play time together.
