The Sennheiser e 945 is a dynamic super-cardioid vocal microphone engineered for demanding live performance environments where feedback rejection, isolation, and presence are non-negotiable. Its tight super-cardioid pickup pattern focuses on the source directly in front of the capsule while rejecting ambient stage noise, bleed from nearby instruments, and off-axis monitor energy—contributing to up to +6 dB more gain before feedback compared to standard cardioid designs. Rich lower mids and enhanced presence give vocals natural weight and projection without requiring aggressive EQ or compression from the front-of-house console. Assembled in Germany and built with a rugged metal housing, sealed air chamber capsule mount, and hum-compensating coil, the e 945 is built for the realities of touring and backed by Sennheiser’s 2-year (USA: 10-year) warranty.

• Dynamic super-cardioid pickup pattern — tight polar response isolates vocals from stage noise, monitors, and nearby instruments for clean, focused reproduction
• High feedback rejection — super-cardioid pattern and capsule tuning provide up to +6 dB more gain before feedback compared to standard cardioid vocal microphones
• Hum-compensating coil — reduces electromagnetic interference from stage lighting rigs, dimmers, and other sources of hum
• Sealed air chamber — stabilizes the capsule against handling vibration to minimize noise from movement and mic stands
• Enhanced presence and lower mid warmth — voiced to project naturally through loud guitars, drums, and bass without losing clarity or definition
• Rugged metal housing — built to withstand the mechanical demands of live touring and repeated use
