TopHat, Top Hat Super Deluxe Mk2 1x12 2017 - Black

I'll paste the description from the website at the bottom of this post. This is the newest model with the upgraded transformer and it can take multiple kinds of power tubes. The amp has the factory EL34s now and sounds great. NO issues and I've used this amp on several gigs over the last few years but I have a lot of amps so it was used sparingly and is far from needing anything ... even the tubes are in great shape. I also have a Tophat Club Royale which is only 20watts and it's plenty for what I do so I really don't need the Super Deluxe and it should be out there being played. Brian builds amps that last a lifetime and perform like champs .... anyone who knows will tell you Tophat amps are priced well below what they should be for what you are getting, frankly I don't think it gets any better than this. Check out the reviews online (plenty) and even the video that Pisonic audio did about the build quality .... these are heirloom quality, lifetime amps.

Amp is in Excellent ++ condition with some minor scuffs on the bottoms but nothing major at all .... I used the cover and babied it as much as possible.

I really want a local sale and I'm in Southern California (Burbank) so hopefully there will be someone local who wants this as I really don't want to have to pack it up. IF someone really wants it shipped ... let's talk. But for now, let's say local sale only.

The New Super Deluxe features a slightly refined EQ and a larger output transformer to process the larger 6L6 Power Tubes. The Super Deluxe puts out 33 watts of cathode biased Class A Power. Not only does it have larger power transformer, but it also features larger output transformers and is biased to handle 6L6's, EL34's and 6V6's without adjustment. The Super Deluxe features a preamp based on the TopBoost, Tweed Bassman and plexi Marshall arrangement -- mixed with an AC30 type phase inverter and no-negative feedback, cathode biased output section. It lays right in the midst of 3 of the greatest amps of all time. The 30-35 watt power is more than a 20 watter and less than a 45-50 watter, obviously -- but, it really works well for the real world playing environments!!!
