If you've landed here, you probably already know what this is, but for any exceptions:
The Squier Stagemaster is one of Fender's most unique guitars. It was a response to the "Superstrat" boom of the '90s. It was put under the Squier brand because Fender evidently didn't want to tarnish the Stratocaster tradition. This model was only partially successful because those who wanted a Superstrat often preferred to directly purchase Ibanez, Jackson, Schecter, etc., brands already established in metal music. Therefore, it was short-lived and was discontinued in the early 2000s.
To this day, the Stagemaster and Showmaster are the only HSH guitars with Floyd Rose that the famous company has ever produced, and in recent years they have acquired a small cult following. This one has been recently set up and has the sound and feel of a more expensive instrument.
Being 25 years old, it has regular scratches from use, the most obvious of which is shown in the center of the last photo, the two paint chips on the body are shown next to it.
