Offered for sale is this beautiful, exceptionally well-preserved 1964 Gibson ES-335 in its factory-original Cherry Red finish with a factory stoptail setup. This guitar is a close sister to the iconic '64 block-marker 335 famously used by Eric Clapton during his time with Cream.

The instrument is in fantastic condition, boasting a vibrant, unfaded red color that stands out beautifully against the full nickel hardware. It remains highly original throughout, retaining its original frets, nut, and single-line Kluson Deluxe "tulip" tuners.

Under the hood, the electronics feature early Patent Number humbuckers wired to the highly desirable, period-correct black-and-red Sprague capacitors. Together with the original ABR-1 wired bridge with nylon saddles, this guitar delivers that legendary mid-60s PAF-style bite, clarity, and warmth.

This is a spectacular-sounding, resonant example of golden-era Gibson craftsmanship. The full, chunky '64 neck profile feels incredible in the hand and is sure to satisfy both discerning collectors and serious players alike.
