I love this bass, but I have too many and need to make room. This is an amazing bass, it sounds and plays excellent. That's real play wear on it, not some relic job. It's the real deal. It's super versatile, being able to handle any genre with ease, and it can easily go from smooth and clean to downright mean. Weight is 10lbs, 14oz. It's a big bass. Comes with original hard case, manual (it's a good read), and a nice vintage-style strap.
Issues
- 3 of the pickguard screws are broken. This causes the pickguard to rattle if you really dig in. You could put your thumb on the pickguard to stop it. The pickup isn't microphonic, so it won't be picked up.
-The knobs are bent. They still work, but I'm not going to try to straighten them out.
-The upper strap button rattles. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall out, I think it might just be the screw is a bit too long.
Mods
-Bridge has been replaced with a Bad@ss II. (I don't know if I can say that word here, but you know what I mean.)
-The strap buttons have been replaced.
-The mini switch looks like it was replaced, it still works as it should.
Let me know if you need more info or anything. Thanks for looking.
