This is the Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi 2, a reissue of a lost dual op-amp circuit from the 1970s. It uses two dual op-amps for a more aggressive, cutting fuzz with pronounced low end and midrange compared to standard transistor Big Muffs. The three-knob layout keeps the familiar Sustain, Tone, and Volume controls, with true bypass switching and an LED indicator. The pedal runs on standard 9V center-negative power or a battery. It includes a soft footswitch that can be set for latching or momentary operation. Current draw is listed at 15mA.
