This is an 1983 Squier Strat neck. Initially made for the 70s style Squier reissues from that time which had 3 bolt necks — a previous owner converted it to a 4 bolt setup.
It’s got various wear from age, as seen in the photos. Truss rod works! The frets are low: I was comfortable playing on them but your mileage may vary, you may want them attended to.
I am selling simply cause I prefer rosewood fretboards.
