This Tim Armstrong signature is sure to be a conversation piece! Don't let this one get away as this version rarely comes up for sale!
Rings those enticement bells, doesn't it? But when you throw its 10th Anniversary into the mix, the Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat Anniversary Electric Acoustic becomes even more of an individual. Bringing you one responsive, versatile, powerhouse of an Electro Acoustic that was inspired by Tim's own go-to acoustic for songwriting that he used. Legendary. Made with solid spruce and mahogany, you have immense versatility, and immaculate responsiveness to your individual touch. Classic. And, with a solid top, comes a sound that blossoms with age. So expect this beauty to deliver even more tonal richness the more you play. Plus, with an ergonomic neck profile and a comfortable concert body, this Tim Armstrong Hellcat is a fantastic option for long songwriting sessions as well. To top it all off, Fishman electronics make live performance everything it should be. No hassle, no fuss. Just natural live sound, and one distinctive 10th Anniversary Hellcat in the palm of your hands.
Solid top construction: The solid spruce top is designed to improve tonal richness and resonance as the instrument matures over time.
Concert body shape: The concert body size combined with an ergonomic neck profile is intended to reduce fatigue during extended playing sessions.
This guitar has been lightly played. The frets show nearly no signs of use and there are only a few dings to note. There is a tiny finish crack at the neck heel that is typical of guitars that have been painted but there's no separation between neck and body. It has no dead frets and plays well. I do recommend planning to have it set up with your local Tech once it has acclimated to your climate as acoustics are especially prone to changes in temperature and humidity.
There are some light scratches that are visible due to the fact it's a black finish. They are extremely difficult to photograph but understand that there is some swirling and very light scratches on the front, back, and headstock. I've tried to take multiple photos from multiple directions, but if you see something specific that you have a question about, please reach out. It really is in excellent condition and they are not visible for the most part, unless you're looking for them.
There's a slight staining on the tag inside. Take a look at the photos as I included a photo of it. It was that way when I got it and hasn't changed. Maybe it was from the glue at the factory but I don't know?
The guitar includes a nice ABS molded plastic case that fits and protects it well. All of the latches and hinges are functional and there are no cracks or damage other than some slight marring on the exterior.
