Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster Body - 2001 Relic Aged Olympic White

A gorgeous listing here from Rock Island Line. Here's a Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaster Body, finished to a truly unique Aged Olympic White Relic, this one is as good as it gets. Hailing from the early 2000's FCS Mike Eldred Era, with parts and materials no longer common or available.

Exceptional attention to detail, with so of the most believable natural-looking wear, tasteful checking, patina that looks and feels genuinely like a True Relic. This one has a very rare "D.C." Emboss in the Trem Claw route. I have parted many FCS guitars and this is a first. Not much is know about this marking, but I have to say, this body could pass for a Genuine 1960 Strat.

Premium Light Weight Alder body, 25 year old body, Dry and Very Resonant. Finished in thin nitrocellulose lacquer with authentic checking throughout, the select alder body is exceptionally resonant. It weighs in at a lightweight 3 lbs 12 oz with strap buttons. This body yielded a Strat well under 7.5 pounds.
